January is one of the more quieter months for us wedding photographers, so it’s been great to catch up on some blog posts. As you probably have gathered! Back in November, to celebrate our first anniversary, my fella took me to Brussels.
We traveled by Eurostar and I thought this was a good opportunity to give my fella a quick photography lesson. You see when we go on our travels, because I love taking photos – I take all the photos and appear in very little. I have lovely shots of my fella at Pearl Harbor, up a volcano, standing in front of a stunning hawaiian sunset etc etc. Photos of me – zero! What am I going to show the grand kids?
Unbeknown to me whilst sat on the Eurostar, is that I would not be taking as many photos as I would normally take. My fella caught the bug. He was posing me and taking MY photo. I did manage to grab my camera now and again. I won’t bore you with the photographs of me, but he’s what I managed to squeeze in here and there.
Brussels is a haven for antiques, flea markets and Tin Tin. My kind of city! If you like to rummage the flea market on Place du Jeu de Balle is the place to be. We picked up a cool coffee grinder. Random I know. I don’t even drink coffee!?
OK maybe one. Just to prove I was in Brussels…so here’s me in Brussels!! Photo credit: my fella (pleased as punch and rather good if you ask me!! All in manual too!)
